WE PACKED 10M3 OF CITY AS AN URBAN APPROPRIATION PRACTICE. 10M3 IS A COLLECTIVE AND EXPERIMENTAL MICRO-ARTISTIC-RESIDENCE IN PUERTA DEL SOL. IT’S A REINVENTION OF THE “TENT” AND AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO CREATIVE AND COLLECTIVE CITIZEN ACTION.

Context: A.Kamparte Madrid 2017 was a micro-artistic residence of several collectives in Puerta del Sol (Madrid), organised by Guerrilla Food Sound System.

Contexto: A.Kamparte Madrid 2017 fue una micro-residencia artística de varios colectivos en la Puerta del Sol (Madrid), organizada por Guerrilla Food Sound System.

Performance: We “packed” 10m3 of public space through inflatable architecture for “home use”. During the day we invited the people who walked through the plaza to  sit with us as if we were inhabiting a living room. We also invited them to participate in a collective building of another 10m3 piece of architecture: a snake that will be inflated during the concerts at the end of the day.

Performance: ” Empaquetamos” 10m3 de espacio público a través de arquitectura hinchable para “uso doméstico”. Durante el día invitamos a la gente que caminaba por la plaza a sentarse con nosotros como si estuviéramos habitando un salón. También los invitamos a participar en la construcción colectiva de otra pieza arquitectónica de 10m3: una serpiente que se inflará durante los conciertos del final del día.
