PROYECTO EXPUESTO EN EL RIBA LOVE ARCHITECTURE FESTIVAL EN BATH.

A new urban development born from and for community living, promoting common spaces for meeting, safety spaces for play, enjoyment and local food production with community gardens. Com’ON is lived from and for the community, “community is ON!”.

Un nuevo desarrollo urbanístico que nace de y para el vivir comunitario, fomentando los espacios comunes de encuentro, espacios seguros para el juego, el disfrute y la producción local de alimentos con huertos comunitarios. Com’ON se vive desde y para la comunidad, “community is ON!”.

Project divided in two parts:

Part 1: GP surgery including two terrace houses and 4 flats as a single building.

Proyecto dividido en dos fases:

Fase 1: centro de salud con 4 pisos y dos casas terreras como un único edificio.

Part 2: the same typology of buildings and flats is used for the southern site including a pharmacy, grocery shop and a cafe. A small community building, minimum parking and two main central spaces to socialize is also included.

Fase 2: usando la misma tipología de viviendas y pisos se desarrolla la zona sur, incluyendo una farmacia, tienda y cafe. También se incluye un edificio para la comunidad, espacio de parking y dos jardines centrales para encuentros vecinales.
